The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Haskell County in west central Texas...

* Until 1230 AM CDT.

* At 920 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates indicate 3 to 4
  inches of rain has already fallen, and an additional 2 or more
  inches is possible over the next few hours. Flash flooding is
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Rule, Rochester, Weinert, O`Brien, Sagerton, Jud, Us-380 Near The
  Haskell-Stonewall County Line and Us-277 Near The Haskell-Knox
  County Line.

This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
crossings along County Road 247.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
