.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A strong surface ridge over the north-central Atlantic and weakening
surface trough along with the remnants of a frontal boundary will
continue to generate fresh to locally strong east-northeasterly
winds. A fading northerly swell and choppy wind- driven seas will
continue to promote hazardous conditions to small craft.
