...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 PM AST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by runoff from the Rio Grande de Manati at
  Arecibo.

* WHERE...Sections near Rio Grande de Manati at Arecibo.

* WHEN...Until 1045 PM AST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring, especially
  over PR-2 in areas near Rio Grande de Manati at Arecibo.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 743 PM AST, USGS river gauge reported Rio Grande de Manati
    running out of the banks. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
    begin shortly in the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
