A STRONG COLD FRONT PASSES THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT BRINGING RAIN SHOWERS AND MOUNTAIN SNOW SHOWERS.  2-4 INCHES OF SNOW OVER THE HIGHER LOCATIONS POSSIBLE.  RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS CONTINUE SATURDAY AND TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST DURING THE NIGHTTIME HOURS.  SNOW MAY LINGER INTO SUNDAY ACROSS THE MOUNTAINOUS COUNTIES.  GUSTY WINDS AND EVEN COLDER TEMPERATURES EXPECTED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHTS.
