.SYNOPSIS...STRONG WINDS AND SEAS THIS MORNING RELAX THIS
AFTERNOON AS A WEAK FRONT APPROACHES THE COASTAL WATERS. THE FRONT
MOVES THROUGH TONIGHT WITH MODERATE STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS
OVERNIGHT. FAIR CONDITIONS EXPECTED THURSDAY BEFORE STRONG SOUTH
WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS DEVELOP FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY WITH A
STRONGER STORM SYSTEM DEVELOPING OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THIS
STORM SYSTEM PUSHES A ROBUST COLD FRONT THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS
EARLY SUNDAY WITH ADVERSE MARINE CONDITIONS ANTICIPATED INTO
