Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Light winds and lower seas to persist through much
next week with weak high pressure becoming established over the
Eastern Gulf. North to northeast winds today becoming southeast
Monday and Tuesday as a coastal trough develops along the lower
Texas coast. A weak front moves across the region tuesday night
and Wednesday but with no appreciable increase in winds or seas.
