.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Dry conditions continue through the middle of the week. A moderate
offshore flow is expected to develop as a weak cold front moves
off the coast later this morning. Onshore flow is expected to
return and decrease Wednesday as high pressure moves east of the
area. A cold front will move across the region Thursday evening
and trigger isolated showers over the offshore Gulf Waters. Behind
the front, moderate to strong offshore flow is expected Thursday
night through Friday morning. Patchy light rain or isolated
showers may occur Saturday night as moist air overruns the cooler
surface.
