.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible tonight across
the coastal waters ahead of an approaching cold front. Evening
moderate northeasterlies will quickly strengthen and become gusty
when the main front comes off the coast around sunrise Wednesday.
Morning far offshore winds may gust to gale force. Conditions are
expected to improve Thursday with a light onshore flow becoming
established by Friday.
