Generalized Statewide Coastal Waters Forecast for Hawaii

.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A surface high will remain nearly stationary far northeast of the
islands through the forecast period. Trade winds will strengthen
from east to west, becoming fresh to locally strong through
Wednesday night. Trade winds will begin to weaken towards the end
of the week.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR MAALAEA BAY...THE PAILOLO AND
ALENUIHAHA CHANNELS AND WATERS SOUTH OF THE BIG ISLAND...

.TODAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind
waves 4 to 7 feet. Southeast swell 3 feet. Scattered showers.
.THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind waves
3 to 6 feet. Southeast swell 3 feet. Scattered showers.
.SATURDAY...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves 2 to 5 feet.
Southeast swell 3 feet. Isolated showers.
