SEAS ARE GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

SLOWLY EASTWARD INTO THE SOUTHWEST ATLANTIC OCEAN...PULLING AN
ASSOCIATED TROUGH THROUGH OUR AREA THIS MORNING. THEREAFTER...THE
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK FARTHER AWAY...AS A HIGH PRESSURE
SYSTEM BUILDS IN WELL NORTH OF THE KEYS.

46 NM SOUTH OF DRY TORTUGAS LIGHT...ON LOGGERHEAD KEY.
