.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
High pressure is building over the area and will continue to
strengthen until the middle of next week. The only exception is
a weak low pressure center which will move into northern waters
Saturday evening before dissipating.

can be expected during the ebb around 7 pm Fri evening.
