.SYNOPSIS...Northerly winds will increase tonight through early
Thursday morning as a cold front passes, resulting in elevated
seas. As a result, a small craft advisory has been issued from
late tonight through early Thursday morning. Winds and seas will
decrease on Thursday, and become light from Thursday night through
Saturday.
