315 PM EDT THU SEP 18 2014

.SYNOPSIS...A BUILDING RIDGE OF SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE DOWN THE
EASTERN SEABOARD TO THE EASTERN GULF COAST WILL INCREASE THE
SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. THIS WILL LEAD TO A
PERIOD OF ENHANCED EASTERLY WINDS...WITH OFFSHORE WATERS POSSIBLY
REACHING CAUTIONARY HEADLINE VALUES OF 15 TO 20 KNOTS. THE WINDS
AND SEAS SHOULD THEN SUBSIDE FROM LATE SATURDAY INTO EARLY NEXT
WEEK AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT RELAXES. JUST BEYOND THE FORECAST
PERIOD...BEGINNING WEDNESDAY...ANOTHER AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE IS
EXPECTED TO BUILD INTO THE SOUTHEAST...WITH ANOTHER PERIOD OF
ENHANCED EASTERLY WINDS LIKELY.
