AS THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL CYCLONE BILL MOVE UP THE OHIO VALLEY
LATE THIS WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND...HEAVY RAIN AND FLASH
FLOODING WILL AGAIN BECOME A THREAT ACROSS CENTRAL
INDIANA...ESPECIALLY FROM INDIANAPOLIS SOUTHWARD. THE TROPICAL
AIRMASS ACCOMPANYING BILL WILL PROMOTE HIGH RAINFALL
RATES...WHICH WHEN COMBINED WITH ALREADY MOIST GROUND FROM RECENT
RAINS MAY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.

STAY AWAY FROM FLOODED AREAS AND NEVER DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADS. MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES. TURN AROUND...DON`T
