.A STALLED FRONTAL SYSTEM AND MULTIPLE AREAS OF LOW
PRESSURE...ALONG WITH A VIGOROUS UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL
CREATE HIGH RAINFALL TOTALS ACROSS SOUTHEAST TEXAS...SOUTHWEST
AND CENTRAL LOUISIANA THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS...IS
STILL POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA THROUGH MONDAY. THIS WILL BE ON
TOP OF THE AREAL AVERAGE OF 3 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN THAT FELL DURING SATURDAY.

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF SOUTHWEST
  LOUISIANA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...EAST CAMERON AND
  WEST CAMERON.

* THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON

* AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE IN THE
  WATCH AREA THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE
  POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS INCLUDE DANGEROUS AND POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING
  FLASH FLOODING AS WELL AS ELEVATED LEVELS ON AREA RIVERS AND
  STREAMS.
