...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of southeast Kansas and
Missouri has been cancelled. Heavy rainfall has shifted east of
the area. Ongoing flood warnings remain in effect for parts of the
area.
