The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Somerset County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until midnight EDT

* At 854 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a continuous line of
  showers which will prolong the moderate to heavy rain which has
  been falling there since early this evening. Around one inch of
  rain has already fallen. Another inch or more of rain is possible
  through 11 PM EDT. This additional rainfall will cause small
  stream flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Meyersdale, Ursina, Mount Davis, Wellersburg, Salisbury, Confluence
  and Addison.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.
