...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Georgia, including the following
  counties, Habersham and Rabun.

* WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 131 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Clayton, Clarkesville, Cornelia, Baldwin, Demorest, Mount
    Airy, Alto, Mountain City, Tiger, Tallulah Falls, Lake Rabun,
    Lakemont, Tallulah Gorge State Park, Lake Burton, Black Rock
    Mountain State Park, Raoul, Seed Lake, Turnerville, Hollywood
    and Batesville.
