  Northwestern Mainland Hyde County in eastern North Carolina...
  Washington County in eastern North Carolina...
  East central Martin County in eastern North Carolina...
  Northeastern Beaufort County in eastern North Carolina...
  Tyrrell County in eastern North Carolina...

* Until 830 PM EDT

* At 657 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Plymouth, Pungo, Columbia, Woodley, Pike Road, Wenona, Hinson,
  Scuppernong, Phelps Lake, Frying Pan Landing, Pungo Lake, Roper,
  Creswell and Pantego.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
