* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  CENTRAL BALDWIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...
  EASTERN MOBILE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...

* UNTIL NOON CST

* AT 1100 AM CST...A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST
  INTO EASTERN PORTIONS OF MOBILE AND NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PORTIONS
  OF BALDWIN COUNTY. THESE STORMS WILL QUICKLY PRODUCE AROUND ONE
  INCH OF RAIN...LIKELY IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR. THIS WILL RESULT IN
  MINOR FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AND LOW LYING AREAS AND PONDING OF
  WATER ON ROADWAYS. THIS WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS
  ACROSS PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE 65...THE INTERSTATE 10 BAYWAY...
  AND HIGHWAY 59 NORTH OF INTERSTATE 10 IN BALDWIN COUNTY.
