  Columbia River at Vancouver affecting Multnomah and Clark Counties

River forecasts are based on observed and forecast rainfall and
temperatures, and they include current and planned reservoir
releases. For the latest river stages and forecasts, visit
weather.gov/portland.

The next update for these locations will be issued by 4 pm Saturday.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Columbia River at Vancouver.
* At 6 PM Friday the stage was...17.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...This river will fluctuate between 16.5 and 17.2 feet
  through Monday.
* Impact...Above 17 feet, expect flooding of some lowland access
  roads, parking areas, and trails in the Portland and Vancouver
  area, including Sauvie Island and Vancouver Lake. Access to some
  house-boat communities may be impaired.
