COUNTIES...

At 427 PM PST, Moderate to heavy rain and snowmelt is causing street
flooding with streams running higher and faster over much of the
west slope of the Sierra Nevada. Minor flooding may occur along
streams into the evening. 12 hour rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches
has been widespread over these areas.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Paradise, Auburn, Grass Valley, Placerville, Jackson, Brush Creek Rs,
Downieville, Cisco, Quincy, Kirkwood, Blue Canyon, Big Bend Summit,
Soda Springs, Pulga, Sierra City, Baxter, El Dorado Hills, Cameron
Park, Paloma and San Andreas.
