  SOUTHWESTERN HENRY COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 631 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
  HAVE FALLEN IN AS LITTLE AS ONE HOUR JUST WEST OF HEADLAND...WITH
  ANOTHER INCH OR SO OF RAIN POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT 30 TO 60
  MINUTES. THIS MAY LEAD TO SOME AREAS OF FLOODING IN LOW LYING
  SPOTS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  HEADLAND...KINSEY...BLACKWOOD...HEADLAND MUNICIPAL A/P AND KIRKLAND
  CROSSROADS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
