The Flood Warning continues for
  The Neosho River near Commerce.
* until late Thursday night, or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  8:30 AM Sunday, the stage was 19.85 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Neosho River near Commerce will continue rising to
  near 23.6 feet Monday evening. The river is expected to fall below
  flood stage Thursday evening.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, widespread and severe flooding occurs.
  Highway 125 south of Miami will be closed. Suburban homes and
  businesses south of Miami may be flooded. This is a dangerous and
  life threatening situation.

...Flood Warning extended until late Tuesday night...
The Flood Warning continues for
  The Spring River near Quapaw.
* until late Tuesday night, or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:00 AM Sunday, the stage was 30.12 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Spring River near Quapaw will continue rising to
  near 33.6 feet Monday before dawn. The river is expected to fall
  below flood stage late Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 33.0 feet, the Quapaw gage site is isolated by high
  water. Agricultural lands and county roads are flooded to a depth
  of several feet. This is an extremely dangerous and life
  threatening situation.
