...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM CDT THIS MORNING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Texas, including the following
  county, Bosque.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent. Streams continue
  to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may be impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Emergency management reported heavy rain occurred earlier in
    the warned area. Flooding is already occurring.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Clifton, Meridian, Laguna Park, Valley Mills, Iredell,
    Cranfills Gap, Meridian State Park, Lake Whitney, Walnut
    Springs, Morgan, Cedar Shores, Lakewood Harbor, Norse,
    Eulogy, Womack, Lakeside Village, Kopperl, Cayote, Mosheim
    and Brazos Point.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
