of the Carolinas and Georgia through Friday, with persistent
unseasonably mild and moist air over the region. Late night
and early morning fog will be possible through Friday...
especially across eastern SC. No significant rain is expected.

with max mixing heights around 4000 feet and min rh 45 to 55 percent.
