POOR DISPERSION IS FORECAST FOR TONIGHT...WITH GOOD RADIATIONAL
COOLING CONDITIONS. RESIDUAL LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE MAY BE ENOUGH
TO PRODUCE PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...ESPECIALLY
