.DISCUSSION...
Breezy and warm conditions are expected today ahead of an
approaching frontal boundary that will push into the area
late afternoon and this evening. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms could impact the western and central Midlands
and central Savannah River Area.  Winds will be gusty
from the south 20 to 25 mph. There could be a brief wind
shift to the west behind the front before it stalls. Min
RH values will be around 45 to 50 percent today. Fog is not
expected to be an issue this morning but fog and low clouds
will be possible Friday morning.
