.DISCUSSION...

Southerly winds 10 to 20 mph will continue tonight into Sunday
before switching to northwesterly after a cold front passes
through the area. The wind shift looks to occur by noon Sunday in
western Illinois and near midnight in eastern Illinois. Showers
and a few thunderstorms will also develop along and ahead of the
front, with showers lingering into Monday east of I-55, bringing
generally one half to one inch of rainfall through Monday.
