...Strong and Gusty Winds Saturday Along with Thunderstorms...

.DISCUSSION...High pressure will provide dry weather for another
day across the area Friday. Minimum relative humidities will
approach 30 percent in some locations this afternoon. On
Saturday, a powerful cold front will approach and eventually move
through the area. Strong southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph, with
gusts of 30 to 35 mph are expected during the day. Widespread
rainfall will accompany the front, with amounts of around a half
inch expected. Much colder air follows the front, with highs back
in the upper 30s and lower 40s for Sunday.
