NEAR THE VIRGINIA BORDER THIS MORNING. A BRISK COLD DAY WILL ENSUE
WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE TEENS AND LOW 20S. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL
DECREASE TO 5 TO 10 MPH AS GUSTS DIMINISH THIS MORNING. ANOTHER
ROUND OF SNOW WILL DEVELOP SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND PUSH ACROSS
EASTERN KENTUCKY THROUGH MONDAY MORNING. ACCUMULATIONS WILL
GENERALLY RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES.
