.DISCUSSION...THE WEATHER WILL FEATURE A WARMING TREND THROUGH THE
WEEKEND AND INTO NEXT WEEK.  HOWEVER...AS THE WEATHER WARMS UP...WE
WILL ALSO SEE A RETURN TO UNSETTLED WEATHER FROM SUNDAY THROUGH MOST
OF NEXT WEEK. A FRONTAL ZONE WILL SET UP ACROSS THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY
WITH REPEATED ROUNDS OF WET WEATHER EXPECTED INTO AT LEAST WEDNESDAY.
THE COMBINATION OF MELTING SNOW AND RAIN WILL KEEP THE GROUND VERY
SATURATED INTO NEXT WEEK.
