FLOW CONTINUES OVER THE REGION. LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OVER THE PLAINS
ON FRIDAY WILL WILL BEGIN TO BRING IN DEEPER MOISTURE TO THE REGION.
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE ACROSS SOUTHEAST TEXAS
AND MIGRATE EASTWARD INTO THE WEEKEND. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY
