National Weather Service Lake Charles LA
317 PM CST Sun Feb 25 2018

.DISCUSSION...
Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will continue
across the area the rest of this afternoon and tonight, with
the greatest coverage and risk of locally heavy rainfall
occurring across interior East Texas and Central Louisiana.
Rains will end from west to east tonight into early Monday as
an upper trof finally nudges a surface front south and east of
the area, with dry and mild weather expected Monday and Monday
night amid light northeast winds. South winds return on Tuesday
as the front retreats back north, ushering Gulf moisture and
rain chances back into the region.
