.DISCUSSION...
The upper ridge over the region will keep temperatures at or above
normal through the week. Afternoon storms possible mainly over the
higher elevations.  Lower levels of the atmosphere will remain moist
as south to southeast surface flow continues.  Minimum afternoon
RH will be 20 percent or more with good recovery at night.
