...Moderate to strong and gusty winds expected today...

.DISCUSSION...Winds will increase across the forecast area today ahead
of a strong frontal system that will spread wetting, and sometimes heavy,
rainfall from the coast this morning to the East Side tonight. Snow levels
are expected to fall to around 4,500 feet Friday. Another frontal system
will bring more rain this weekend, mainly on Saturday. Warmer and drier
conditions are expected Monday through Friday of next week.
