FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NASHVILLE TN
216 PM CST THU DEC 18 2014

.DISCUSSION...
COLD AND CLOUDY CONDITIONS TO TAP THROUGH THE REST OF TODAY. WE`LL
SEE SOME PARTIAL CLEARING TONIGHT AND INTO EARLY FRIDAY.
THEN...THE CLOUDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN AS A STORM SYSTEM IN THE
NORTHERN GULF BEGINS TO DEVELOP. MOISTURE FROM THIS SYSTEM WILL
SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA FRIDAY NIGHT IN THE FORM OF RAINFALL WITH
SOME SNOW MIXED IN ACROSS THE NORTH LATE.

THE EXTENDED FCST WILL FEATURE AN UNSETTLED PATTERN AS A FRONTAL
SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH ON TUESDAY. THERE WILL BE SOME UPPER LEVEL
ENERGY IN THE POST FRONTAL SECTOR. THUS...A LIGHT MIX OF RAIN AND
SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY.
