Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Washington and North Idaho
National Weather Service Spokane WA
606 AM PDT Fri May 26 2017

.DISCUSSION...

An exiting system will leave an isolated shower and thunderstorm
threat across the Idaho Panhandle today. High pressure building
in will leave the remainder of the area mostly dry, with
temperatures warming above normal. Some weak weather disturbance
rounding the ridge will bring a limited threat of thunderstorms
around the Cascades each afternoon between Sunday and Tuesday.
High pressure starts to break down toward the middle to latter
part of next week, with a broader threat of showers and
thunderstorms coming in and a general cooling trend. Some of
those thunderstorms could be strong.
