Arizona and Southeast California
National Weather Service Phoenix AZ
149 PM MST Sun Sep 24 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Upper low low pressure over the Great Basin will maintain a cool
and dry airmass for the districts for the next few days. Some
afternoon breeziness will be possible during the but not much
stronger than 15-20 mph at peak afternoon heating, except for
locations along the Colorado River and western AZ. Northerly
gusts 25-30 mph are possible for those locales. Minimum
humidities to range from 10-20 percent for the lower elevations
and 20-30 percent for the foothills/higher terrain locales, with
fair to good overnight recoveries.

...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
