Well above normal temperatures will continue through the weekend
with areas of moderate to poor mid slope recoveries, especially
for BLM lands. Thunderstorms will be possible Sunday as a trough
moves through northern CA. That trough will bring breezy conditions
through Monday and a cool down through the middle of next week.

Well above normal temperatures will continue through the weekend
with moderate to locally poor mid slope recoveries. A few afternoon
and evening thunderstorms will be possible in the high Sierra and
Tahoe Basin through Saturday. A trough will bring gusty winds by
Monday, with a cool down expected through the middle of next week.
