Lassen NF and BLM in Modoc, Lassen, and Washoe Counties-Plumas NF-
Discussion for Susanville and Quincy
515 AM PST Sun Dec 10 2017

High pressure will produce strong inversions with poor mixing and
ventilation conditions through Thursday. A very dry air mass will
keep humidity low, especially for midslopes and ridges above the
inversion layer. Inversions may ease by the end of the week as a
weak low pressure moves through, but could return next weekend.
