...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

A SEASONAL DAY EXPECTED TODAY BEFORE TEMPERATURES INCREASE TO
NEAR-RECORD AND/OR RECORD BREAKING VALUES BY MID WEEK AND
THANKSGIVING DUE TO A STRENGTHENING RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT.
DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH MID-WEEK, WITH MINIMUM
HUMIDITIES RANGING BETWEEN 5-10 PERCENT IN THE LOWER DESERTS.
DURING THE LATTER HALF OF THE WEEK, LOWER DESERT HUMIDITIES WILL
RECOVER TO 15-20 PERCENT. LIGHT WINDS ARE ANTICIPATED AREAWIDE
TODAY, AND BY TUESDAY NORTHERLY BREEZES ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ONCE
AGAIN ALONG THE COLORADO RIVER VALLEY.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT AND WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW NEAR THE SURFACE WILL
BRING WARM WEATHER THIS WEEK. WARMEST DAYS WILL BE TUESDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY WHEN HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE 15 TO 25 DEGREES ABOVE
AVERAGE. THE RIDGE BREAKS DOWN FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY FOR GRADUAL
COOLING, BUT TEMPERATURES WILL STILL BE 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE
AVERAGE.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE AREA FROM THE WEST OVER THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS, LEADING TO HIGH TEMPERATURES THAT ARE WELL ABOVE
SEASONAL NORMALS. WARMER DESERTS ON TUESDAY WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW
TO MID 80S. IT WILL BE DRY WITH OCCASIONAL HIGH CLOUDS DURING THE
PERIOD. HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL STAY LOW, WITH MINIMUM RH BELOW
15 PERCENT ACROSS THE LOWER DESERTS, AND REACHING AS LOW AS
8 PERCENT IN SOME DRIER WESTERN LOCALES. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT BOTH
TODAY AND TUESDAY.
