...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

DRY AND WARM CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TODAY AS SOUTHERLY WINDS
INCREASE A BIT AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. STRONG
WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY AS THIS SYSTEM CROSS
THE AREA. TEMPERATURE WILL BEGIN TO COOL SOME BUT RELATIVE HUMIDITY
WILL STILL BE LOW. SOMEWHAT LIGHTER NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP
BY TUESDAY NIGHT AND ADDITIONAL COOLING CAN BE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY.
ANOTHER STORM WILL LIKELY IMPACT THE REGION FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
WITH WIND AND BETTER CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING MINOR WARMING AND A SHALLOWER MARINE LAYER
TODAY. FOR TUESDAY AND EARLY WEDNESDAY...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
WILL MOVE INLAND ALONG THE WEST COAST BRINGING COOLING...DEEPENING
OF THE MARINE LAYER...AND STRONG GUSTY WEST WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS
AND DESERTS. WEAKER WINDS AND MODEST WARMING FOR THURSDAY AND
FRIDAY. THEN ANOTHER STRONGER TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE FRIDAY NIGHT
AND SATURDAY WILL BRING COOLING...DEEPENING OF THE MARINE LAYER...
STRONG GUSTY WEST WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS...AND A CHANCE
OF PRECIPITATION. DRY WITH SLOW WARMING FOR SUNDAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

UNUSUALLY WARM WEATHER WILL PREVAIL THROUGH TUESDAY...WITH ELEVATED
TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS DEVELOPING TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. WINDS WILL INCREASE TUESDAY MID-AFTERNOON ACROSS MUCH OF
THE DISTRICT...BECOMING FREQUENTLY GUSTY THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING.
GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH COMBINED WITH HUMIDITIES FALLING TO AROUND
10 PERCENT WILL YIELD DANGEROUS CONDITIONS...PRIMARILY FOR THE LOWER
COLORADO RIVER VALLEY AND ADJACENT AREAS OF WESTERN ARIZONA AND
SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA.
