.DISCUSSION...
Deep monsoon moisture moved into central and northern areas
of the state last night. Scattered to numerous showers and
thunderstorms will develop later this morning or during the early
afternoon and continue at times through Friday. Slow steering flow
combined with plentiful moisture will lead to a heightened risk
of flash flooding from this afternoon through tonight. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms will develop once again Friday afternoon
and continue into the evening hours.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers and
                    thunderstorms around midday, then numerous
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Chance of Pcpn......30 percent increasing to 60 percent in the
                    afternoon.

20 Foot Winds.......Northwest less than 6 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms.
