WILL DEGRADE BACK TO POOR ON WEDNESDAY. MAINLY SOUTHWEST WINDS
SHIFTING TO WEST THIS AFTERNOON...WITH WINDS SHIFTING SOUTHEAST
EARLY WEDNESDAY BEFORE RETURNING TO THE WEST WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AS
