NEAR THEIR BOTTOM. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
MID EVENING AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD FRONT...THOUGH MOST
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL BE EAST OF THE FIRE. WINDS NEAR ANY
STORMS WILL LIKELY GUST OVER 50 MPH. SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL TURN
NORTHWESTERLY BETWEEN ABOUT 4 PM AND 6 PM WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 45
MPH LIKELY BEHIND THE WIND SHIFT THROUGH THE EVENING DIMINISHING
AFTER MIDNIGHT. RH RECOVERIES WILL BE MARGINAL TONIGHT THOUGH
