AFTERNOON AND ESPECIALLY BY SUNSET. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
HOWEVER WILL REMAIN CRITICALLY LOW...THOUGH GRADUAL TO RAPID
INCREASE IN HUMIDITY VALUES SHOULD OCCUR AFTER SUNSET AS
TEMPERATURES COOL. LITTLE TO NO CLOUD COVER. NOTE...STRONG
INVERSION MAY DEVELOP QUICKLY THIS EVENING WHICH COULD TRAP SMOKE
NEAR THE SURFACE OVERNIGHT IF FIRE PERSISTS.
