THE APPROACHING FRONT WILL CAUSE SOUTHERLY WINDS AT THE KELLOGG
8 SITE ON THURSDAY WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF RAIN IN THE AFTERNOON.
WINDS MAY BECOME GUSTY JUST AHEAD OF THE FRONT. THIS FRONT WILL
CROSS THE SITE FRIDAY MORNING AND BRING RAIN FROM THURSDAY NIGHT
INTO FRIDAY. ON FRIDAY WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE WEST AND BRING
