.DISCUSSION...
A cold front will usher in drier air and breezy northerly winds.
Relative humidity will drop to near 23 percent across the burn
area. Winds will be 9 to 13 mph from the north most of the day
and then turn northeast late in the afternoon. This will lead to
elevated to near critical conditions. Thursday afternoon relative
humidity will drop to near 21 percent the burn area, however winds
will be lighter at 5 to 8 mph.
