FIRE THROUGH THURSDAY BETWEEN AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
OVER ARIZONA AND NEW MEXICO AND A WEAK AREA OF LOW PRESSURE CENTERED
OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC. NOTE...SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS OVER THE RIDGES
WILL INCREASE TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND WILL BE STRONG AND GUSTY TUESDAY
EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.
