.DISCUSSION...RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF LESS THAN 20 PERCENT WILL
CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS...BEFORE
RECOVERING AS WE HEAD INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. WINDS WILL REMAIN
QUITE LIGHT AND VARIABLE AS HIGH PRESSURE POSITIONS ITSELF ACROSS THE
EASTERN PORTION OF THE STATE THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL BECOME MORE
SOUTHEASTERLY ORIENTED LATE TONIGHT...THOUGH VALLEYS SHOULD STILL
REMAIN QUITE LIGHT THROUGH DAYBREAK. BY TOMORROW...WINDS WILL
INCREASE TO 5 TO 10MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON...WHILE SHIFTING SLIGHTLY
TO THE SW. MOISTURE WILL BE ON THE INCREASE TOMORROW AHEAD OF AN
APPROACHING COLD FRONT WITH RH VALUES DROPPING BACK INTO THE 30 TO
35 PERCENT RANGE.
