MVFR CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP BETWEEN 4PM AND 6PM TONIGHT WITH IFR
CONDITIONS COMING IN QUICKLY AFTER. PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN BY
8PM AND BECOME HEAVIER BY MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO MIDDAY
THURSDAY THEN BECOMING SHOWERY. HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY ON FRIDAY
AND AGAIN SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY. THE NEXT MVFR PERIOD MAY NOT BE
UNTIL LATE IN THE DAY SATURDAY. THERE WILL CONTINUE TO BE CLOUDS
IN THE MOUNTAINS THROUGH MONDAY.

WINDS WILL START LIGHT AND SOUTHEASTERLY IN THE MORNING. THEY
WILL BECOME SOUTHWESTERLY BY MID MORNING AND INCREASE TO 10 TO 20
