.DISCUSSION...
Calm winds will prevail this evening, allowing temperatures to quickly
cool under a strengthening low level inversion. Most of the Midsouth
will experience a hard freeze tonight. By sunrise Sunday, light southeast
return flow will begin west of the Mississippi River. This returning
southeasterly wind will spread through the remainder of the Midsouth Sunday
morning and strengthen during the day. Humidity levels will increase
marginally by Sunday afternoon, preceding increased wetting rain chances
Sunday night and early Monday.
