over the spot today. RH values may fall to between 35-40 percent
for a few hours during the afternoon. However, south winds
will be relatively light, generally less than 10 mph. Late tonight
into early Thursday morning, patchy fog will be possible. Similar
conditions are expected tomorrow with slightly higher min RH
values.
