NORTHWEST IN THE AFTERNOON (AROUND 1500). AFTERNOON HUMIDITY WILL
BE DOWN AROUND 10 PERCENT. OFFSHORE BREEZES WILL EASE THURSDAY
NIGHT, BUT RECOVERIES WILL REMAIN POOR. THE DRY PATTERN CONTINUES
