.DISCUSSION...
Overcast skies this will become mostly sunny by this afternoon.
Light southerly winds winds this morning will gradually shift to
the southwest and become gusty by afternoon, which will bring
drier air into the area. Temperatures will warm into the upper
60s, which will result in a minimum relative humidity between
25-30%.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent) then becoming
                    mostly sunny (40-50 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 69.
Min humidity........27 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 5 to 14 mph increasing to 14 to
