.DISCUSSION...A FRONT IS BEGINNING TO MOVE FROM THE SOUTH TOWARDS THE
BINGHAM FIRE THIS EVENING AND THERE MAY BE ISOLATED SHOWERS TONIGHT WITH
0 PERCENT CHANCE OF WETTING RAIN. AN UPPER LOW WILL MOVE OFFSHORE THE
OREGON COAST TUESDAY INCREASING INSTABILITY NEAR THE BURN AREA...AND
THERE MAY BE ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE
UPPER LOW WILL PUSH INLAND WEDNESDAY AND PROVIDE A BETTER CHANCE FOR
THUNDERSTORMS AND WETTING RAIN. WINDS WILL BECOME GUSTY WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY AS THE UPPER LOW MOVES OVER THE FIRE AREA. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
BUILD THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WITH WARMER TEMPERATURES AND MUCH POORER
OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY RECOVERIES.
