.DISCUSSION...Moisture will remain in place today allowing for
scattered afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms.
Locally heavy rain will be possible with the strongest storms.
A slow drying and warming trend is expected Friday into the
upcoming weekend, which should allow for a reduced chance for
storms each day. Away from any storms which develop, winds will
generally remain light and driven by terrain flows through the
forecast period.
