MOST OF THE FLORIDA COUNTIES. RH VALUES WILL BE AROUND 30 PERCENT
FOR THE GEORGIA AND ALABAMA COUNTIES. STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL
CONTINUE TODAY WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20 MPH LIKELY AND GUSTS UP TO
