DAKOTAS THROUGH TONIGHT. THIS WILL BRING STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS
TO THE AREA ALONG WITH WIDESPREAD SNOW. HEAVIER SNOW WILL FALL
ACROSS THE NORTHERN BLACK HILLS. SNOW WILL END WEDNESDAY WITH
WINDS CONTINUING TO DIMINISH THROUGH THE DAY. COLD WEATHER WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK WITH CHANCES FOR SNOW
SHOWERS.
